The forms are in MS-Word 6-format.
Information on chemicals is provided for
registration on an information form for chemicals data or an
information form for data on chemicals intended for general consumption.
Information is submitted on a paper print. Detailed filling instructions have
been issued in the annex to Decision of the Ministry of Labour 780/1993.
The data will be submitted in Finnish or Swedish
to the Product Register Unit of the Product Control Agency, address:
